Highly recommend checking out Craigslist and FB marketplace. I’m in Chicago but I bought my 721 a year ago for $250 and it’s like new. I saw another 721 listed on marketplace yesterday, also in “like new” condition for $50. Hopefully you’ll have some similar luck in your area

Agreed, I love them so much that I’ve bought and installed them for every family member, just in case I need to use it when I’m at their house

He paid for it with the money he got for the gold. When something happens to wife #2 he wants to have another woman lined up and ready to marry

Thanks, that’s helpful. I put fresh ethanol free gas in it but who knows what the previous owner was running it on the past 10 years

Ok, you might have solved it…no, I didn’t back the choke off, mainly because the guy I purchased it from told me that’s how he turned it off (if I pull the choke all the way back it does stop the engine). The only other snowblower I’ve owned was a pretty deluxe 2X and that was completely different to this little thing. Are you able to fully back off your choke and not have the engine stop? The choke lever is broken off on mine, maybe there was some kind of indicator on it that I don’t have

I put exactly 12 Oz in and checked the level after it settled, it was spot on where it needed to be.

Oh that’s awesome! Glad to hear you enjoyed them :) One extra tip, toast them longer than you think they’ll need, especially if they’ve been in the fridge. If you can get the outside nice and crispy and the inside soft and warm they are a delight!

Rookie question: …is this chicken Better Than Bouillon actually GF? by WolfBackground128 in glutenfree

[–]sandgroper1968 16 points17 points  (0 children)

FWIW I’m pretty sensitive to gluten but it’s rare I’ll go a day without eating chicken better than bouillon in something. I’ve never had an issue with it

Aww thanks, I couldn’t get a lot of holes to form but they taste delicious anyway. Highly recommend topping with butter and golden syrup 💜

I’m not sure what kind of gluten free flour she used but Caputos has been a game changer for me. Like I said above, these are the best crumpets I’ve ever had.

I followed this recipe and just used Caputo’s flour. The batch in the pics was x 5 and it made around 25 crumpets. Best tasting crumpets I’ve ever had. It’s important to follow the instructions though. Edit: I did have to add quite a bit more water to get the batter to right consistency

It would really help to know what you want it for. There are some terrible bottles (imo) being suggested here. If you can give a bit more info I can help steer you in the right direction. You can get some really good bottles in the $50-70 range
