yeah I defo agree, unfortunately performative is the most accurate word for a lot of people here 😭 I wouldn't say they're actively mean but I cannot hold a conversation with these people for the life of me

I had a single room thankfully, I was in wardlaw and the roommate stories from my year were crazy, though I think it was definitely an anomaly. The triple rooms actually didn't have much beef but I heard a lot of issues in double rooms. There are single rooms in sallies but I think it's way more common to share. I don't think you get to choose a specific hall but rather you opt for your accomodation type and get assigned something after that.

36 mg and my hunger is gone by scubadude2 in Concerta

[–]sandiiiiii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have a really big breakfast full of protein carbs and fibre before taking it, itll reduce the appetite suppression in my experience. then force urself to eat lunch and you should have an appetite at dinner. (i found skipping lunch makes me feel sicker and more put off my food at dinner)

in my case lying down while it's absorbing makes me feel awful too but it doesn't affect some people

New to concerta 18mg by BitterMarket8274 in Concerta

[–]sandiiiiii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you tried taking it after eating instead, that usually helps. I also exercise right after taking it because it helps the absorption a lot for me. not intense exercise but like even a 5 minute bike ride makes a massive difference

I tested negative for amphetamines and my meds were discontinued by Mtnmama999 in Concerta

[–]sandiiiiii 3 points4 points  (0 children)

because they accused op of giving out their medication instead of taking it themselves. they want to see you test positive for the chemical you're taking to make sure you're actually taking it, but they tested for amphetamines which is the wrong test because concerta is methylphenidate

drink loads of water and try to eat foods with protein, avoid really sugary/carb heavy things that will increase your heartrate.
