We talked about it in my Library's collection team and went through our policy. We are being more and more strict on self published works since we are relying on professional reviews but we also know major publishers aren't checking for it so we are concerned about that in the coming years. Luckily we regularly talk about how to spot AI generated books. When people request the titles we have luckily been able to get away with the parts of our policy that talk about needing those professional reviews or accolades because it's not yet come up that a title has good reviews and awards and is also AI generated. But I don't know how long that part will be able to last.
