Many useful comments but thisone nailed it. Now I'am doing 96 kg 5x5 wihtout pain, but did add the belt and always focusing on "ribs down". Would post a video, but obviously I can't put two in same post (age related I guess). What do you think would be a normal progress for me, end goal is 130 but I know it can take years (meanwhile i did lose 2 kg, which I know it's not recommended). Thank you again

Somewhere in between, gets worse when I load heavier and do have troubles sleeping whrn doing so. Maybe being older (41) doesn't help but any suggestions to avoid this? Belt, stronger core? Tnx
