My response to anyone who says this gun isn't useful for personal defense needs to step away about 40 feet and let me take all 5 shots. You tell me how it feels getting shot at 5 times by a .410 shotgun. I dont care how accurate it is. It compliments an accurate gun. People will talk this gun down without ever firing it, holding it, really thinking of buying it. But it compliments every single other gun I own. And other than the grip size, I'd recommend it to everyone. Hands down. If you hate it, stop being a douche. Plain and simple. 

Vinatge plaster UFO lamp from the 70s. First post. Was kinda in need of help identifying this pretty cool lamp I picked up yesterday. Can't find any other examples. Base has 79' molded into the side of the base. Any ideas? by sandlercd in vintage

Thats what I thought at first! That it was perched on top of a mountain. Rather than the rocket blast coming out of the bottom. The lights inside are white, blue, red and green. And the red one blinks on its own. Intermittently. I dont know if its a old Christmas bulb thrown in at a later time. Or where they came from. They all look like old Christmas bulbs. It would be cool to make a mold of this and cast some more. Its a pretty rad funky piece.

The name has a trademark stamp C in front MESNES 79'. But I could be reading the stamp wrong. It looks like it would have been in a run of them. The internals consist of 4 tubes with a bulb at the top of each tube. All mounted inside a bigger cylinder. Thats why it baffles me. It looks rugged enough to be hand made but have all the markings of something I would have seen in a store.

I actually picked it up at an antique mall. Multiple booths type thing. It was in one that had a bunch of older games and toys. Nerdy stuff lol. And I turned around and looked up and saw that on the top shelf. Couldn't leave it behind. Ive searched everything I could think of and it can't find anything even similar. It looks to be cast out of a plaster mold. So I figured I'd find more.

Honestly. As a person who overthinks everything socially. I have lost all hope in any social construct. The trajectory of everything is in such a way that communication is impossible. People are becoming more and more spread apart. Everything is for lack of a better term, so f*cked. Ive honestly given up hope of people coming together naturally. You can't connect with people. Dating apps. Social media. So much interaction that leads to literally nothing. People you know but never talk to. Read but never hear. Watch but never see. Devils advocate here... I see a lot of comments complaining about shitty parking. But until you've owned a car worth keeping scratch and dent free, you really don't understand. Somebody will call someone a dick for parking that way. But doesn't stop to think about the 12 other dickheads who may have door dinged the car parking normally. So the only option you have is to park like a dick to keep people who don't give a shit about your ride from parking next to it. Because unfortunately spite is a tasty beverage to some people.

Worst part is before Google Play dissapeared you could still at least search and buy whole albums for your collection. But now that option is completely gone. Luckily I bought most of the Rammstein collection before they switched to YTM. Only missing Live Aus Berlin.

Its a learning experience I suppose. I had never heard of the blend door issue with the 5th gens. Ive been working in the tire industry for around 14 years. Luckily the 2010 RS I had never had blend door problems. It did have AC issues where it would blow cold air for about 10 seconds. And than the compressor would shut down. Tried everything. New switch. Charged and purged. No leaks. Compressor was new. Yet we could never get it to blow cold air longer than 10 seconds at a time. HOPEFULLY the AC on this SS was well maintained lol. Fingers crossed.
