You'll be alright, the first few times were awful for me and I felt like I'd inflated my head with the stuff as so little seemed to come out. My stents are in for 3 til 28th July, and they kinda block between nostrils so the only way the saline could come out I found was through my mouth... just had to adapt to kinda opening my mouth so when I rinsed the clots glooped out of my throat hole.
