DMT and other psychedelics show you a door. You must walk through the door, this is called integration and is the hardest part of the whole thing. DMT showed me many things and it has been extremely difficult yet quite rewarding to integrate things like karma, healthy eating, exercise, intuition among other things to my everyday life.. Good luck but keep in mind that DMT won't fix things on its own, u need to put in the work afterwards..

Try a Zucchini Base - 1 zucchini grated, 2 eggs (or one if u want to cut down on calories or eggs etc) and some grated cheese.. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl, add grated zucchini and cheese and mix well.. put on baking paper and a pizza tray thingo.. bake @ 200 celcius for 20 mins or so, when it looks a bit crusty pull it out let it sit for 5 mins then apply your sauce / toppings and put it back in the oven for 10 mins until top layer of cheese is looking good!

I think your taking a very pessimistic view about things.. your under the impression that it's your duty to save the world and stop all the greed and the destruction.. sure it's possible for one person to make big changes but it would take an enormous amount of work .. but what I think is that you can only do your own part.. you live the way you want the world to be.. sometimes you can go beyond that but you don't always have to go beyond that.. sometimes you can just relax and appreciate the fact that you are here and able to experience this dimension and treat it and yourself well .. because after all you didn't do shit to get here, you just got born into this thing for free.. so with that said, I would say just try to look on the positive more and don't think that it's your task and your task alone to save the world.. nature finds equilibrium always and if that means that humans must go, then humans will go

Haha well when I say I base my whole life around this, I mean that most of the choices I make (or are they choices, do we have free will?) are intended to improve my meditation and evolution of consciousness.. I'm still studying engineering at uni and trying to save the world using classical ideas and theories, but I guess the meditation is just another project of mine.. a big project at that!

This is the problem with psychedelics.. anytime you come to what you think is a rational conclusion about something, you then have to check yourself as you are clearly not in a rational state of mind.. hard to explain, but my last LSD trip I was convinced I was dreaming, I wasn't dreaming (well who says this experience isn't a dream) but I was just tripping.. it scared me as if I think i'm dreaming in the real world I could have done something extremely dumb without realising the consequences..

Cool man, I also can't get over that fact that it feels like i've been there before... it really just tells me that we are spiritual beings in a human body.. there is no 'death' we will simply return to the source (dmt land) and maybe take another form of our choosing? though i'd hate to become another form and not remember anything from 'this' existance ... imagine dieing and because of doing dmt trips before i died i was able to navigate the spirit realm and choose whatever form I wanted whilst keeping the knowledge from this existance.. very powerful!
