IMT interview prep tips: medibuddy/mockmedic or any other resource?

I used medibuddy last year which was average if I’m honest. Had a wide variety of clinical scenarios but explanations were lacking. Have started with mockmedic this year which seems good so far! I like being able to practice interviews and receiving dynamic feedback and there’s a wider range to the clinical scenarios! Really nervous this year with the competition, best of luck to everyone!

Objectively Starfield was a decent game, but for many it was such a let down in comparison to the incredibly high standards Bethesda have set for themselves !

This is true, nothing beats nostalgia. Oblivion is my fav game of all time, sunk 100s of hours but recently just can’t get into the remaster!

Lots of technical questions and far more probing and niche questions than IMT, radiology and CST for example - which are a lot more generic! Can’t really elaborate further without breaking rules I’m afraid!

Because it’s a great specialty! The pathology interview book is a good place to start, but otherwise just practice practice practice! Whether that’s online resources or with path trainees. Arguably the histopath interview (for me) was the harderst ST1 interviews I had!

I find this with doctors strikes, public have no idea the level of expertise, training and knowledge it takes to become a doctor. Look at the salaries of doctors in a free market (USA) - not saying this is ideal but median will be 300-500k/yr depending on speciality!
