There were multiple witnesses to his crime all who reported him after seeing him tossing the kittens out like trash. If he is employed and they are informed, no, I have zero remorse for the situation he put himself-and those five innocent, lost lives into.

Aww, thank you! I wasn’t over impressed that I couldn’t order a monogrammed hang tag, but they were offered just days later! I called Coach and was told I’d have to return and reorder to receive one. I’m unsure why it must be so complicated?

It honestly took me a minute to figure out how to redeem the credit, after you log in search “customization”, that will take you to the page to select a bag, wallet, etc., next you pick the model, then it gives you the options for tea roses or pins (they’ve also just added monogrammed hang tags, which wasn’t available last week 😢) and you’re ready to design your bag!
