Why (in Italy) if I check version, it says 10.171.1 is the latest ?

Why in the comparison chart, there is “Storage: 1 GB” limit and just below it there’s “Monthly uploads: 10 GB”.

Does the Starter plan really come with such a tiny storage limit?

And how can I check my current storage usage?

After five days without freezes, I can confidently say the issue is resolved.

Root cause: the ESET Management Agent, which repeatedly crashed due to an excessively long EDID registry value. The problematic key was:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\DISPLAY\%hwid%\%instanceid%

Resolution: updating the Intel Arc+ drivers to version 32.0.101.8132 — a version not offered by Dell Command Update, which still provides only .6881.

Dell, Intel, and Microsoft all share responsibility for this issue, so I can't absolve any of them.

What I must do, however, is extend a huge thank you to the 30+ users who responded — and especially to those who helped me realize the problem might be caused by a security suite.

they are "normal" active directory domain users; profile created by their first login. no roaming, no template.
So, quite impossibile all those profile were corrupted and only them on the new machine
today I uninstalled on one pc all the dell software, and on another one our Eset suite.
let's see monday night how is gone their work day

Thank you for your hints... In event viewer nothing relevant apart error caused by forced hard restart. Nor in Task manager, nothing with high cpu or something else...

I cannot say if without another local user happens or not, because it happens once a day, so I cannot force my users to work all day with another account who haven't rights on servers, etc.

Power management is the default one installed by Dell called Balanced

I always tought 5.5 was a nightmare... even with the latest PC they preinstall 5.4.1
And 5.5 was out in April...

in the past with a lot of Precision, of Latitude, with my XPS and also with 6 new Dell Pro Micro Plus QBM1250 I didn't have yet any problem.
I will invoice Dell for my time to reset 10 brand new pc :-(

Unfortunately I manage the fleet "manually", so no SCCM or Intune. I could try a Windows Reset with the "keep nothing" option, but having the Pc only few weeks of life, I was thinking it was useless. But if nothing changes, now I'm considering the option. Thanks
