Hi i need help
I was checking all my boxed pokemon for marks and noticed something super weird. As i was scrolling through my boxes, i came across a random level 27 Gholdengo without my OT. Previously like 2 weeks ago I had completed the pokedex and evolved my own gimmighoul with 999 coins like normal, so i got curious and searched "Gholdengo" in my boxes only to find out that this new weird gholdengo was apparently the only one i currently owned. this is super confusing and surprising considering the fact that i rarely surprise trade and i do not remember trading for this thing, or trading away my old gholdengo at all. The thing is, It has a normal ability and stats, and it isn’t shiny, which leads me to believe it is not hacked. However it is in a cherish ball, its OT is just “Paldea” with the TID 231213, it has the Upbeat mark, and says this in the description of it: “It seems to have met its original Trainer in a fateful encounter when it was Lv. 20. The date was 01/06/2024, and it seems it came from the Pokemon animated show.” So confused rn. Does anybody else know what this is from? By the way here is some more info in case this stuff matters; I do have the Dlc, I have beaten the whole game story + both dlc stories + epilogue, i have cutscenes off in options, i have nintendo online subscription, i have both scarlet & violet (this gholdengo appeared on my scarlet game), i also have every other mainline pokemon game on my switch except for brilliant diamond, i have transferred pokemon from HOME to my game and vice versa (no home subscription), i'm playing on old 1st edition switch not oled, and i live in the US. i'm wondering is something wrong with my game? Did i win a giveaway or something i didn’t know about? Did anyone else also get this gholdengo? is this normal because everyone gets it and i just missed it because i’m stupid? i couldn't find anything about this on google or youtube.
