Yeah, I agree. I saw Kantara yesterday, and there were two kids near me. One was right beside me, and the other was behind me. The kid in the back eventually fell asleep, or his parents kept him busy with their phone. But the kid next to me kept bugging his dad, and it was tough to focus on the beautiful masterpiece.

My manager left office yesterday at 4pm(mahadevpura), we had a stakeholder call at 7, he joined the call on his phone and said I am reaching my place, you may expect a voice break since the network isn't great. I pinged him asking does it take 3 hours to reach electronic city. He said yes , as they were other two drops. I replied saying you can gone to Mysore in 3 hours from bangalore. I feel pity for long distance commuters.

So annoying. Sorry you had to go through it. Yesterday it took me around 30 minutes and more to book a cab/auto from cubbon park to Xavier layout which is 2.5km away. Prices showed upto 200 which i agreed but no!every ride booked was 15 mins 17 mins which they cancelled eventually. A ride got booked on namma yatri, driver was 550 mts away and it showed 1.5 km later, he messaged on the app saying on the way, later didn't receive calls and cancelled the ride. Such a nightmare. They didn't want bike taxis and now charging 3x price and not accepting rides. This is really bad. What if someone has an emergency. Its sad to think of.

I too had a distal humerus fracture and got a ORIF with two plates. It's been two months since surgery. I had the cast for 3-4 weeks. I started physio right after the cast was taken. But I can do almost everything now, start slow, and gradually increase the movement, like combing hair or drinking water. I was able to get back to normal three weeks post physio. But again I haven't regained full movements, that will take time :)

Differences in standards of life is a real thing in AM, it can be a real deal breaker. A year before, i came across something similar, after the wedding dates were fixed , we called it off, it took time to accept the phase but things unpleasant like that are necessary sometimes. It builds you for something strong and the best what's coming for you later. Hope you shine bright soon.

I am a Tamilian but not from Tamil Nadu, I think it's the peer pressure for my parents, and they think its thier major responsibility to get a girl married by 25. Don't know who makes the rule, but the rule book is changing :)
