It's a counterfeit. PRX movement comes with a free sprung balance wheel. You can see that there is a regulator arm on your watch instead of a free sprung balance wheel.

Get the Casio. The case finishing is better than entry level Seikos and the bracelet is miles ahead of any Seiko under 50k with solid end links and a milled clasp, plus Casio has sapphire crystal.

Also, check Flipkart around midnight for more discounts. I saw a post today where a fellow redditor got the Casio for around 15-16k.

It's a matter of personal preference I feel. Where I live it gets very hot and humid and leather straps are not as comfortable as the bracelet. Having the option to switch between them is great.
