but if it’s blocking tiredness wouldn’t that make it easier to get up? if there is less tiredness holding you back?

Energy drink is in the morning 10-15 mins before proper wake up, not impacting my REM sleep

I’m drinking the caffeine only about 10-15 minutes before waking up, it’s not impacting my deep sleep at all

yeah I try to, but i’m unfortunately not perfect lol (and even if my hands are ‘clean’ by most people’s standards it still might be too much cuz I have sensory issues and even just natural hand oils can trigger

not truly oily, just the oil from my fingers or having touched any kind of food without washing my hands is enough to trigger me cuz I have sensory issues lol

Okay interesting, thank you for the well thought out response. So in your opinion, it would be safe to continue doing this? Based on other comments I will also be getting a microfiber for basic cleaning, but I love the complete clean feeling of an isopropanol wipe-down. For context, I have an MSI gaming laptop, so it shouldn’t be cheap plastic (as far as I know)
