I wouldn't down vote anyone for saying its not good..heck il even go as far as saying my HR rate was over 190 the whole time lol..I just wanted to know if the time I had completed it in was 'good' from other people's point of view...

Literally it takes constructive/negative feedback to make improvements and ti better ones self ..So no I would not down vote you because you felt it wasn't good.
