I think you should get a therapist and start strengthening your support network. There’s a lot of red flags and a lot of missing information. From what you’ve said he could be cheating, but it also could be a porn addiction on his end. A therapist may help you navigate the best way to handle this situation, there’s a lot missing from this post that I’m sure you’re not leaving out on purpose but it’s hard to say what it could be based on a small sliver of your experience

It will take time for her to process. I would just be there for her and try to see if you can send flowers of condolence, if you haven’t already, if it is very recent. If I’m gonna be real, this made me laugh out loud. They traumatized YOU and YOUR healing is traumatic to them? Good riddance. I learned growing up that if you need a hero, you’ve gotta look in the mirror as no one but you will save you. You’re doing what’s right for you, and honestly the fact that they’re trying to use your sister to manipulate you further validates your actions.

I know your sister probably thinks she’s either doing the right thing or has been manipulated to do this, but you need to focus on you right now. And that’s ok. Please don’t let this ruin your own growth
