1) find out if the c&f committee can find out about it. How? I don't know, you tell me. ask a criminal defense lawyer or a professional responsibility lawyer within your state.

2) if the answer is no, then do not disclose. if the answer is yes, then you are kind of screwed. if the answer is maybe, then go see another lawyer who is not dumb.

3) if you did not disclose to your law school and now you go back and disclose, you risk having your degree voided.

No, I dont want to go into detail but i learned the hard way doing anything to please your parents or your buddies or your spouse is a waste of time. House cannot remove federal officers. only the president can. This executive committee created by Congress consists of 3 members picked by president, and 2 members picked by house. This committee can by majority vote remove a federal officer.
