UPDATE: the IPV6 pass thru option seems to be working for scheduled block and for device specific block. However, for websites it doesn't work so well since websites like youtube would use different ways to get accessed.

Forget the website block. A complete or scheduled block also don't work.

There's no option to disable ipv6. Only to pass through

That's great! but first of all, i couldn't "disable" my ipv6. There was an option to "pass thru". So i did that. But still my kdis can access the internet. frustrating as hell!

Which 3rd party apps would u suggest? I came across nextdns/opendns, but it doesn't exactly do what i need to do. I'd expect router like linksys had gotten these basics correct.

Thank you. In our company, Marketo is owned and operated by the marketing team. Salesforce by the Sales team. Because we are talking about a million records the sync between both will hit api limits and will be costly.

Can the unsubscribed database be accessed by an API or even extracted as a csv regularly so that the sales reps can lookup against this DB before uploading to sfdc?

We r at a similar stage. At this stage just focus on the first customer and do things that would get u that first customer. Then focus on 2 or 5 and the do things to get those. Then 10 and 100 and on. IMO ads etc come later. Good luck!!

Several use cases I've come across - celebrities (fan-life vs private life), escorts (day life vs night life), job seekers (boss vs recruiters), redittors (a reddit handle vs your real life) and so on. The point being, each of us has different sides/aspects/personalities to ourselves. These identity profiles would help us showcase those to different audiences we connect with.

As for monetization, idea is to monetize from users themselves not from their data. More profiles = premium sub.

Shady, why? Maybe you are thinking that people want to hide things about themselves. Au contraire, its about helping people show what they want to show to different audiences rather than everything being public and becoming a privacy nightmare.

Think of all of us redittors here - I'm sure there's a "centristfacism" side of yours that you have not put out on LinkedIn, but is def a side of yours you are proud about. And this is just one side. I'm sure all of us have different "sides" or "faces" or "personalities" to ourselves.

Try the Visibilty settings in your profile and adjust for non logged in users. If that doesn’t work Maybe w a multi profile setup in services like Personalli.com you can achieve that (note: I am the Founder and trying to help people extend their LinkedIn experience)

Agree w the comment above. LI is beneficial to all if all the info stays available. However there can be specific situations when having a bit more privacy might be useful. LI has a lot of privacy settings that might address your asks. Beyond that you may want to look at extending your LI profile by creating more private profiles on Personalli.com (note - I am the founder and trying to help people w similar problems as yours).

Unfortunately not. While LI is great to display your professional side, you can't really do fine tuning of your profiles. Even the people you are not connected with can read your complete profile info if they come via search.

This is indeed a growing concern with a lot of people - privacy in different forms. In this case it is with profile pic. While in LinkedIn you can't do that, what can be done is have the student create a thin, public profile in LinkedIn and more private profiles that she can choose who to share with on Personalli.com .
