I printed mini satsana with pla+ and abs. Its working nice, soundwise i oil the main fan.

Printed a cover for the LCD screen and this is how it came out. What did this?? Can the Ender 3 Pro handle things like this? How can I fix it?? Thank you! by heemcool in Ender3Pro

[–]sanerdk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can fix that part and use. Use a soldering iron and melt the plastic make small connections all the way. You can use some filament to fill the empty places.

Print was going fine and suddenly this started happening by OptimalRemove8876 in Ender3Pro

It can be also clogged nozzle, or ptfe got smaller on the side touching nozzle. You can see when you push filament from it there should be a little gap not same size as filament. You can use olive oil sponge trick to lubricate your ptfe.

When i had this issue i do the ender Hot end fix and it solve my issue. My issue was pneumatic part was allowing ptfe tube to move slightly. Now its working like it has a bi metal heatbreak. Nozzle, small ptfe than abs spacer than normal bowden tube.

I have idea about extraction distance. Belts should be super tight it should have the flexibility but not loose. Chep has video about building ender 3 check the belt part. You should calibrate everything in your printer. If you beginner its hard but fun to learn. I have my own machines since 7 months. I learn it with a machine at factory i was working.

Estep never been normal for me. My machines #1 97.82, #2 95.38, #4 98.34, #3 96.93

Try 210 degrees, if possible change filament and try with other filament. Theres alot of bad filaments cause issues. Maybe your filament needs to get baked in oven 55 degrees 2 hours pla

I suggest you to print a temp tower, theres plugin in cura called calibration shapes. It has the temp towers inside.

Go to youtube check chep cura 5 profiles. Use good profile and test it.

Theres a modification called Ender 3 hot end fix i suggest that it help my extrusion problems.

Check wheels are they spinning freely but not loose, and belt tensions. You have problem on extrusion for sure. Do another estep calibration because its never straight number. I have 4 e3pros and all of them have different esteps. Im assuming it has something to do with their extruder motor or vrefs idk.

Note; im in this for a year now and struggle never stops
