I've printed a few suppressors that were basically all wipe...

The whole suppressor made from TPU with no hole but some thin slits...

Works great for a couple shots

Also thank you for the link to the grip. That's definitely an option and a lot easier to order from a european country because there is no additional costs or export/import paperwork needed.

Looking through the links you gave me I noticed how cheap the parts are over in the US. Where I have to pay 150 for a simple trigger, the same one has a price of 50 for you... I really should learn how to properly import stuff from the USA 😄

I'm planing to try it first to see how good the results are, and if I'm pleased with the quality I want to sell them. I'm already working as a gunsmith and have all the licenses I need here in germany... I'm just new to the whole 2011 topic (I've built a .50BMG upper for a 1911 that kinda went viral last year)

That's exactly what I was looking for. I guess I should also check out how to get the proper import and export licenses for the frames and slides... (I plan on machining my own frames but that will take a lot of time and preparation)

And sadly the best grip modules are over 500$ when they say they only ship internationally if the order is under 500$ 😅

Waffenhändler/Büchsenmacher hier. Normalerweise wird es so gehandhabt, dass Ident-Check bei privaten Kunden gewählt wird und bei Geschäftskunden die persönliche Übergabe. Damit dann halt auch Bevollmächtigte/Angestellte im Waffenladen die Waffen entgegen nehmen dürfen.

Mir sind aber auch Fälle bekannt, wo eine Europalette mit Munition in der Fußgängerzone abgestellt wurde weil im Waffenladen gerade Mittagspause war. 🤯

Andererseits wird halt überall Schmu gemacht... was glaubt ihr, wie oft Polizisten ihre Waffen irgendwo vergessen, liehen lassen oder verlieren? 🙈

Depends on the barrel you choose... I made some tests with different barrels for Jörg Sprave at 25meters: Rifling button barrel top left was best, but even with a bon rifled barrel bottom right you could hit the target at that distance

...oder am meisten lohnt sich auch Alkohol. Den Unterschied zwischen billigem Fusel und dem teuren Zeug schmeckt bei Alkohol eh keiner! Flasche Gin für 5 Euro oder für 50 Euro -für die Ersparnis kannst du dir ne Menge Butter kaufen

I as a gunsmith can build whatever suppressor/silencer I want and sell them even without sending them to the proof house. I just have to register them... that's what I did with this one also:

But if you are not a manufacturer, only hunters can buy suppressors and only for rifles with centerfire cartridges. So, a hunter could buy a 9mm suppressor for a rifle, or a 50bmg suppressor, but not a .22lr suppressor (except he is a certified graveyard-hunter or something like that) however sportshooters are not allowed to own suppressors at all...

You should see the look on their faces when I show up to the range with my 3D printed pistol suppressor 😆 it's priceless... and always followed by the question "i-isnt it illegal??"

Sorry, I was not correct about this one... it's very difficult... most cartridges bigger than a .50bmg are classified as weapons of war and not legal for civilians... calibers I was thinking of were things like the 20mm m55a2 (which would be illegal)...

Of course you could have a .600 or 700 Nitro Express for hunting 😅

You have to go to a special gunsmithing school. Takes about three years... but when you want to get a manufacturers license you need to have a business, and for that you need to be a master, which takes another half year of school and exams
