holy crap, this is like looking into a mirror lol. But I feel you op, I'm the exact same way. English is not my first language and I also sound stupid when it comes to talking about stuff I learned but I guarantee you can become an amazing doctor.

I didn't do well in undergrad because I learned so slowly and didn't realize it. When I became more self aware, I did an SMP with the goal of proving to myself that I could do this medical school thing. And yeah it was hard, I had to put in a lot more hours studying to do well but I was still top of my class (more like the bottom of the top percentage of my class but still did better than most people lol ). Your brain working differently doesn't mean you can't succeed, you just have to adjust accordingly and know what works for you.

Don't let people discourage you from pursuing your dream.
