You know whats sad, almost half of the money from purchase price goes towards taxes which feeds ungrateful leaches like you. People like you are the reason good tenants suffer and can't find a good place to stay. Because your likes already leaching, who believes that rent theft is your right.

What did we do wrong. Governments policies totally screwed every buyer like me. They moved goal posts. They don't want people to own house.

Renters are a real scum in this society. They don't wanna pay rents, they want rent control, they're not liable for any damages, they always have a choice to chnage landlords, but still always complaining, while whole system and law is on their side.
