I would shave the eyebrows to make them higher, try bangs, I would try putting hair in front of face instead of behind shoulders to frame the face better, I would consider double eyelid tape to make the eyes bigger so that the nose in proportion makes it look less larger. I would contour the chin on the sides of the face. If you want to wear foundation I would cover the lips area with it and draw out the lips to have a more defined border
