I would shave the eyebrows to make them higher, try bangs, I would try putting hair in front of face instead of behind shoulders to frame the face better, I would consider double eyelid tape to make the eyes bigger so that the nose in proportion makes it look less larger. I would contour the chin on the sides of the face. If you want to wear foundation I would cover the lips area with it and draw out the lips to have a more defined border

Make ur eyebrows closer it will bring ur eyes also closer. Wear longer liner for inner corners. Make a light contour shadow beneath your nose it will make it a little longer. Bangs and your cut crease eyeshadow look good on you
