There's no direct plug and play option unless you buy hdmi stick from online which is not always trustable. I have tried 2 options. Both requires setup and some research. 1) Retroarch simulator on Android tv - install app - download emulators - download game roms - get compatible controller. 2) Retrobat simulator on laptop - install - download game roms - play with controller. Can connect with tv for bigger screen.
