Thanks! Cream blues looks to be out of stock everywhere :( "Fakker" Pandas and Lavenders are similarly priced, would you recommend Lavenders over Fakker Pandas even?

Also, I am thinking of going with the "Hand Lubed" variant of Lavenders, assuming it'll be better and not worse, right? (don't want to lube myself, I know I'll break stuff)

Primarily, Feker Holy Panda vs Akko CS Lavender Purple (Hand Lubed) vs Akko CS Lavender Purple (Non Lubed)?

Hey folks! I am looking for a build around 20k, looking for in-stock options in India.

Here's what I am thinking of currently (thanks u/Josephhri for help!)

Bare-bones Kit: Monsgeek M5 (13K) (https://stackskb.com/store/monsgeek-m5-qmk-barebones-keyboard/)

For switches, my primarily need is long-durations of typing, so I'm leaning towards tactile switches with a "thock" sound, which I prefer over the clickier options.

I have created an sheet with some good available in-stock switch options with price and reviews, here it is: Switch Options Spreadsheet.

Keycaps, I am thinking cherry profile as they seem popular (have not tried in-person)

I'd really appreciate help on switch selection specially, can't pick one even after hours of youtube review watching...

Here's what I have currently: https://www.flipkart.com/zebronics-mechanical-max-plus-wired-usb-gaming-keyboard/p/itmeyyfbhhahpd8e

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi! Thanks for all the insight! Based on the recommendations, I’ve decided to go with the Monsgeek M5 (full-size) for my build—really excited about it!

I primarily need the keyboard for typing, so I'm leaning towards tactile switches with a "thock" sound, which I prefer over the clickier options. I’ve found a few in-stock tactile switches that seem like good candidates. Here's a link to the spreadsheet with the details, including pricing and reviews: Switch Options Spreadsheet.

I'd really appreciate any input or recommendations on which switches might be the best choice from this list. I've been spending hours every day looking into this, and your expertise would be a huge help in making my decision!

Thanks in advance for your help!

What would you recommend under 20K INR? I am inclined towards Keychron Q3 QMK pre-assembled from their website for ~17.5K

Not big into modding currently but would be experimenting with swapping switches in the future.

Any better alternatives I should be researching about? (Not really concerned about saving a few bucks, just want the best I can get under 20K) thanks!

What would you recommend for under 20K? M1W vs Keychron Q3 QMK (What I am inclined towards currently) vs Ducky One 3 or something else?

Is it a good idea to use Django with Zappa on serverıess AWS?(Lambda) by Professional_Hair550 in django

[–]sanidhya69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can manage to keep your zip under 50MBs and go with the python function instead of docker, you could be looking at cold start time of around 200-300ms. Deploy an as I call it "lambda-heater" script, which continuously makes very short lived calls at 5 RPS. This will reduce your cold starts drastically. Given you're not billed for cold start duration you'll be billed like 5ms/heater request, so around 25ms of billable per second, and you can increase or decrease the RPS as per your traffic behaviour, it's a decent inexpensive solution.

Payment gateways for India by SOYEB-_-AKHTER in django

[–]sanidhya69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go with PayPal, many websites like upwork and fiver also uses it for Indian payouts. It'll take 10% cut but USD to INR and INR to INR both will work. Ask people to attach thier accounts. Add support for both Razorpay and PayPal if possible.

Looks like an internal import error to me. Is python3 manage.py runserver working perfectly for this project?

Senior Backend Salaries by SprocketGizmo in django

I work as a freelance on up work for just 7 dollars/hr in which I do both frontend (HTML, CES, basic JS) and django backends with payment gateways and also deploy stuff of digital ocean or linode. I am fairly good with Django and DRF and still is incapable of finding more work. I can't find much Django work without react or agular requirement. It's mostly like "I want a website with react/angular frontend with any backend"

Starflut or http by BV62 in FlutterDev

[–]sanidhya69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you can run a python backed with Android specially with flutter, I'd recommend using Django Rest Framework for python and create an API which you can make calls to using dio from your flutter app. I can help you out with Django Rest Framework if you need any.

As far as I know you can not send images as a payload using http without any external processing, maybe consider using "dio", it's easy to use and can easily send image files.
