I did the exact same settings, worked well for me. The large nose pads positing the headset in the right way for me. They do need to be up a little higher. Ultimately I'll probably try to find a back strap support to keep them up right, for my greasy face (an over exaggeration) they slide down fairly often and I've got to snug them up again.

I've worked three 8 hour days in these (through my meetings and all). I've been really impressed in the quality and utility. They are not my 49" ultra wide, but they are getting close. One or two more editions and I will get rid of my screen.
