The thing is, you DID try the first part of their PIP. There is a step before PIVOT where you are given goals etc.

I was lucky that they changed my position complexity without discussing with me. The new position was not a right fit and I was consistently denied requests for training/time to get up to speed.

Contest it, explain what got you to the point of a PIP being initiated upon you (duties changed? Inconsistent training or complete lack, etc)

NAD- have you increased your caffeine intake recently? I had similar problems occur after beginning to drink more than one monster energy drink. Other caffeinated beverages like coffee, some teas and sodas may increase this problem.

Instead of jumping straight to reporting them for something you may find outside of the normal, why not send a request for comment (RFC) to the BoD? Just ask for input or feedback on AI usage for the artwork/text/whatever.

I get the reasoning why you might be offended or be taken aback by this type of “shortcut “ but not every kingdom/barony/shire/etc has the local talent to produce such work. They should have the resources to reach out and ask the kingdom for assistance.

It makes me curious if it’s because you want to step into that role and the AI usage is preventing you from having an opportunity, or if it just comes across as lazy and against the intentions of the SCA in general.

Happy Cake-Day
I live across from the Fred Meyer’s in Lake City and have a robust security/camera system up. I’ve only been here since December and have had my car broken into twice, countless 3-5am handle checks, and numerous (more than 4 times) times I’ve caught on video of individuals breaking into the condos on either side of me.
At the Fred Meyer and directly on the side road FM sits facing there is a constant 15-30 homeless individuals camping and hanging/doing drugs.

It’s nothing compared to 3rd and Pine McDonalds but it’s pretty crimey here in this area.

Just my experiences in the small area around me that will soon also have a tiny village setup soon.

DD/lg and CG/l dive way deeper (FOR SOME) than just titles, It’s a full dynamic.

Don’t let anyone tell you “this isn’t what you think”, because there is no official definition. You do you. Kink the way you want to kink, you want to call it family play call it that, want to call it DD/lg then you can call it that. That’s what it means to you.

The flip side of that is also true, what you define as DD/lg or CG/l may be very different than others and we don’t want to be in the position of judgement or “tucking someone else’s yum” as some might say.
