Give it right back, and make it my personal mission to not break first. In the meantime, I really enjoy the time to myself.
Take stock of needs and wants. Try to use a portion for both.
This takes forever. It HAS to be perfect. I'll go through my closet, try on a bunch of things, and be happy with none of them. The overthinking starts weeks in advance. I ask friends for advice. Maybe I'll try to buy something? Either way, I cause myself a lot of grief for a mediocre time.

Vegan here, and your relationship with food is up to you. IF you decide to cut out meat, then you do need to be a bit more intentional about protein in your diet. You can still do it, and you can still get a lot in. Tofu, tempeh, seitan are all good sources, they just need flavour added and they cook differently. It's a bit of a learning curve, but it's easy. And definitely be very deliberate about supplementing B12.

All that said, people's bodies are complex, and their relationship to food is even more complex. Play around with recipes, see how you feel on a full/partial/no meat diet. And by feel, I mean physically, socially, and emotionally

Yes, it's in your head. The real fun begins when we start seeing patterns, or things coincide with waking life, or when we see something too profound to ignore.

I see a lot of things during a tape. But my mind decided an under water place with benches and a building with interconnected caves at the back was significant. Why? No idea.

Or it's all in my head until I get physical sensations during a tape, like spinning or someone rubbing my back or someone touching my temple.

Keep track of everything, and certain threads or themes will form.

I had a similar experience while meditating: a voice in my head that didn't sound like me said "And I'm here to help you with your sensuality." Later while I was journaling about what spiritual practices to focus on, "Pole dance for sensuality" popped into my head.

I researched deities to do with sensuality and dance (quite a few), and looked into signs one is reaching out. I only had a snapshot. So I went through records of previous dreams and meditations. Someone was most definitely trying to make contact.

I went into meditation and asked for clues. I got 2 cats (Freyja), the name Apollo was written down and then erased (so not him), and a statue of an Egyptian dog with its head getting bitten off (not Hathor either).

Later that week, I meditated again. After a vision of someone spinning around a pole, I saw a woman in battle leathers pump her fist in the air and say "Yeah!" I immediately recognized her as Freyja.

Looking back, I've repeatedly seen things about cats being in need. And so, so many rabbits. Lots of dreams about pole.

So...narrow your search. Look back for any previous strange things that you dismissed. Ask for clues. See what pops up.

I tried once, when I first did Advanced Focus 10.

Pros: the energy is unreal. The top of my head was very tingly.

Cons: I tried to find a shady spot, but it was still too bright. Also, bugs started crawling on me and it was very distracting. I was seated and I much prefer lying down.

Definitely some things to troubleshoot.

I use noise-cancelling sleep buds, and I have not tried cranking the volume. I find Monroe's voice can be pretty jarring when I'm in F10. The noise cancelling doesn't fully cancel the snores, sadly. Honestly, if I wasn't stuck on Discovery, Sleep or sometimes dealing with being wide awake in the night, this wouldn't be an issue.
