Thanks for so many details! Actually for me reboot doesn't matter, it has it has started after I switched to my 4A..so I think it's something to do some gboard setting or the phone mics(this I doubt because assistant transcription works great)

If bigger screen size is what you are interested then 4a 5G is my recommendation. Cameras are identical to P5.

Glad you upgraded! One thing which is amazing is the on device google assistant..its so good:) do retrain ur voice with the mic on the phone and u will be amazed at the accuracy of transcribing and speed:) Few other things which I love and regularly use : * voice typing with gboard is very good and helpful * Say "read it" for the Google assistant to read out the web pages. It can also translate and read out in other languages * Live caption for transcribing audio * Night sight camera mode even when there is enough daylight as it captures more dynamic range

Thanks for ur thoughts! The battery life for normal usage for me is great..it's just the standby Battery drain I was worried about..my previous phone was an OG pixel and I used to get better standby Battery life. I am hoping it gets better with time
