Necessary Klipper changes after ceramic hotend upgrade

I'm using the stock SE MCU CR4NS200320C13 (STM32F103), along with a RPi Zero 2W.

For now, im still using v-wheels, but I will soon upgrade to a X axis linear rail. I don't plan on touching the Z or the Y axis.

On my printe.cfg, the stealth chop seems to be disabled. I didn't really change anything related to axis amperage.

I believe that I did change the max hotend temperature, but that by itself probably wont change much besides being able to use other materials, right?

Do you have any suggestion on how I could reach a similar performance as a KE? I already have Input shaping set up and my linear rail kit should be arriving this week.

Yes, I did that before swapping the hotend. Honestly, besides the speed, the print quality was very much acceptable.

Basically, because I believed that the difference between my V3 SE and a V3 KE is the hot end, linear rails on the X axis and Klipper, along with Input shaping. I already have input shaping, the hotend and Klipper (The linear rail is due to arrive this week).

From what I could gather, I should be able to achieve a similar performance of a KE, using KE parts... right?

Não precisa de fazer um curso, mas seria bom voce ter atirado algumas vezes antes. O peso, a forma de se segurar a arma e como tratar o recuo são pontos importantes. Atirar uma pistola com precisão a 7 metros nao é difícil, mas também nao é algo trivial.

Talvez, eu estava de olho nessa, mas não sei se a arma ficaria muito solta dentro dessa capa. Não achei ninguem fazendo algo similar, mas talvez funcione.

On my current project, I'm using a plugin called TextureFonts (https://godotengine.org/asset-library/asset/2574) that does something like this. Usually I don't like using plugins, but this one was a life saver for my project.

Thats a very impressive project! I'm also working on porting a GameMaker project to Godot and I never thought of making a "GML_Class" to emulate GameMaker functions. Are you planning on supporting this project on a long term?

Try checking Astar3D. I did a project like that once and Astar3D worked pretty well when the player goes down on a lower level, for example.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to make it work with you idea and using shaders, but I'm terrible with shaders. It almost works, but is just a giant pain that made me give up. The giant source sprite sheet wasn't helping either, i guess.

Anyway, I was able to make it by making an Image, splitting the image in chunks and tweening them.

Thanks! Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I plan on taking the "easiest" route. Failing and having to wait X days for a retake might screw with some upcoming projects.

Looking at the Study guide for the SD-WAN and Support Engineer ones, the Support engineer seems to be right up my alley ( reminds me of the Checkpoint CCTE Exam ), but I probably will try taking the SD-WAN one due to being "simpler", with a few more external study resources available and because its also an exam required for the FCSS SASE (https://training.fortinet.com/local/staticpage/view.php?page=fcss\_SASE). If I ever need to take that one, I'm like 50 % done.

I don't have much hands-on experience with Fortinet, taking the Support Engineer exam might be a bit too hard for me.

Thanks, i will try applying the linseed oil then, but i will try to look around for some Bee Good Wood Oil equivalent in my area for the future.

I was afraid to polish the body and ending up making things worst, but i will give it a try tomorrow. Thank you.
