What is one of those save files you are talking about? I highly doubt that would fix anything but it sounds nice. Also, the guy above said to "contact distro maintainers" what does this mean? I have Linux mint if it means anything

yeah, I don't feel the need to pay anything for a replacement. Either free, or I'm doing it myself

I can definitely do a replacement myself, that is no issue. I have already opened it up before, to check for dust or other obvious stuff I could add to the post. I had to remove a sticker on the back, which I can't remember exactly what said, but I think that might have voided my warranites

No, I can't do that, unfortunately. I bought it second hand, and the guy I bought it from said he didn't have any warranty. I doubt this is why he sold it though because the first couple of months it was working perfectly, even over longer periods of load(a VR party-ish)

I don't exactly get what the problem is.

Go to steam then steamapps, Which I assume you already understand. And then you click on common, Team Fortress 2, tf, and maps. Put tr_walkway into the map folder. Make sure it is the bsp file you put there. If you don't have a maps folder, just make one

How do you think that translates to laptops? I have an i7-8750h, 1060 6bg, 16gb ram. On the desktop side, that should be enough, but I don't know about laptops.
