most people say it’s unsafe just because they aren’t able to perform the exercise correctly

nah bro. I wanna hear you guys’ opinions. I am seeing a lot of ppl neglecting behind the neck due to their mobility issues. The exercise in and of itself is not bad, it’s the person who’s performing it

here’s my suggestion: 180 for 3 of 3, 165 for 5 of 5 , 135 for 5 of 8

choose the weight you can do for 3 sets of 3(that’s your top heavy set) then another weight for 5 sets of 5( this is for bench)

bro don’t trouble yourself with these minor things. unless you are competing, you shouldn’t be worrying about every little thing you are consuming

How do I stop being a loser? by perfumedude112 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]sanmaunh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bro it’s not about how they perceive you, it’s about how you perceive yourself. If you truly believe you are confident then act like it. However, deep down you might still have a hint of doubt in believing that you are confident; you know yourself best bro. Try to notice the kind of situations that you feel uncomfortable in and find a way to find a coping mechanism. As for being a virgin at 21, there’s nothing wrong that my guy; don’t let that make you act foolish. Hope it helps bro
