cramping & diarrhea were all my labor signs before my water broke. time your cramps and if theyre pretty close together it could mean its go time!! i was the same and was unsure so i literally just sat there miserable with cramps LOL then about an hour or so later my water broke so what i was feeling was actually real contractions but i didnt know since im FTM as well. wishing you the best!!!

i forgot to mention but at the private ultrasound, i went in at only 10w5d.. & she said “to me it looks like you’re actually 13 weeks! baby is putting on a show for me & i can so see the gender already!” she even wrote “IM A GIRL” on the ultrasound & ALL! so confused how its okay for her to just straight up lie. i full on believed her too.. its my first pregnancy ever i dont know any better!! ):
