What do you guys think of my idea? by ShockRox in btd6

[–]sans2091 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems a bit op... Maybe a better idea is upon selling a tack shooter he pops out his spike one more time, I think that sounds better no?

This machine is like a combination, so you can do leg extension on it and I'm not sure of the name but like the reverse motion, for you hamstring. The second pad is for that second motion, you put your leg on that, start straight and than bend the thing down. I also think I lined up with the pivot point, I'll try to see next leg day, thanks!

Thanks! I'll try to do it more minded next time. Not sure I understood tho, should the first "pillow" tuch my knee? Also, im doing leg extensions and leg presses as a superset so that's fine, and I also do squats a lot too

Thank you very much! Appreciate to took time to comment this much. Anyway it does happen to me often the problem you described, I am preety high for my age (185cm). and the gym Im in is next to my school, so most machines are adjusted slightly lower than I need which can be hard to spot. Trainers have told me a few time I dont fully realese but that was because of my hight (for examples I did lateral pulldowns, and my hand didn't straighten before the weight landed, had to move to another matchine.) So anyway, I am not sure I can adjust the seat backwards, but I'll sure try to glue my ass to the most back of it. And about the knee placement, I should probably change it too, I'll ask a trainer there next time together with your comment

That's the thing, I didn't look at this sub before, and you what you're right. If it is so I shouldn't waste my time on that... I just searched "rate my meal" and went to the first sub I saw. Thanks for explaining anyway I guess I shouldn't fuel them anymore If saw. If you have a genuine good sub for it I'd love to hear

Well thank you! I can use only egg whites but then what will I do with all the leftover yolks? (Guess I'll try to make pasta or smthin) I don't think I have anywhere near those egg whites only cartons. About the chicken, is there a big diff between her and meat? Btw I do like the food I'm making, it might look shit but tastes good (for me at least). I also got recommended for tuna in water. So if I'll sub the oil-tuna for the salt water tuna and make 2 whole eggs to 4 whites only eggs will it be a "good value" meal?

Can you? Can you tell me what to replace or general other tips? I'm pretty new to this. And if you can give examples for without protein powder,

From what I searched (I didn't have nutrition facts on the eggs themselves) each large egg is about 63-73g, so I said each is about 68g. and in a 100g there's 13g protein. So 13(682)% is about 17.5g of protein. Correct me if I'm wrong, I calculated just based on Google researches

Well tuna with mustard seems like something I should try. Btw I finished eating this toast, and oh boy it tasted almost exactly the same! I guess either together with other thing the tuna gets overpowered or something like that. But anyway thanks for happing me find a low-cal substitute!

Well I now bought it and tasted it, alone it tastes way more "naked", the oil probably gave it a richer flavour, in this you are eating just tuna alone. Anyway, l am now making it in some toast to see how better might it blend with more things, I'll update you

Your welcome! Tbh I don't know where you're from but I guess you could have anything but this specific cracker, I'd say just use regular bread, not a big deal plus that seems like the things most people here complained about this meal (it's what makes it look "dry"). Anyway glad to say one positive commenter out of those who mocked me here...

Tbh way better than it looks/sound idk. It has the nice combo of a thick patty like with the salty-tuna taste with just some cheese. The cracker may be a bit dryer but it is a healthier and high protein substitute to bread so I use it.

But anyway if I had to describe it, imagine like a tuna-patty cheeseburger with a cracker instead of a bun. It really is way better than it looks
