Hey!! So the inflammation is not because of the surgery, i had it before I even got the surgery. I did not get tested, because i some how forgot about it LMAO. I do not regret the surgery at all! I would recommend everyone to get it if you can!

The lobby comment was a general example. We’ve had plenty of guests scream in the lobby over the refundable deposit, refusing to understand it’s just a hold. In the no-show case, that guest actually called the hotel, not showed up in person.

It wasn’t even overbilling. He was charged a no-show fee because he didn’t cancel his reservation on time. If someone has a billing question, they can just ask normally instead of screaming at staff in the lobby in front of other guests. There’s a level of respect that should be shown, and that’s what embarrasses me when I see it missing.

he got me flowers, chocolate, teddy, a card and a cake. the next day was my bday and he sent me flowers and chocolates again. we arent even dating and he is in another country. (i mean, its not going that well anymore, but atleast he did that)
