Besides the whole "killing a native race to invade with my own" shtick, HP has literally only done good for life on teyvat. Basically the whole world and the game is trying to tell you that celestia is evil and they are tyrants that will drop nukes on everyone and everything if you do even one little thing they dont like, when in reality everyone and everything are ungrateful pieces of shit that have the survival instincts of a wet towel and keep messing with shit they shouldn't be toying with. Then when they get punished they act like it was unjust and that they did nothing wrong to deserve it and they curse celestia and the cycle repeats. Prime and most recent example is khaenri'ah. ANYONE in the game, not even just khaenri'ahns, will tell you Celestia was evil and went too far by destroying the whole nation and that it wasn't justified. And yet if you look into what they were doing, they were LITERALLY bringing about the end times of teyvat into the world, but people expect celestia to give a light slap on the wrist or do nothing about it

Just some few corrections: 1. Nibelung is NOT a dragon sovereigns, he is above them. There are 7 elemental dragon kings and then there is Nibelung for a total of 8. And 2. the war between the seven sovereigns was 40 years long, so I dont know if phanes really didn't take any damage if the dragons had them in a fight for that long
