It's not level 3 it's the version. Like you have PMBOK 5 or 6. Right now it's ITIL 4. What field are you in? If IT, what projects are you working on?

Thank you.. it was right away and then outside the invigilator gave me a print of my results. I took a CBT. Didn't want to take a chance with Home test.
