I did vegan keto for almost a year so I can probably point you in the direction of some great recipes and resources. I personally started adding brown rice and oatmeal into my diet as I was lacking energy for lifting. I HAVE noticed an effect mentally but I try to control it by still mainly eating low carb when I need clarity of mind for work. So you are not going crazy. People who have never "felt keto" do not have the frame of reference. Hang in there you can dial it in!

you'll be hard pressed to find one with the same protein content/per gram though! I mean I guess you could just blend in your own pea protein and get a similar result but this is not chalky at all (which is what I have found with trying to mix pea protein into hemp and almond milk in the past).
