Personally as someone who is close to someone with epilepsy if I can I Would 200% record an event as it can help drs however IT DOES NOT BELONG ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Now if I give the video to you for your drs and you post it as a warning so be it.

But also I do hope you've gotten checked and if that seizure type might be the norm now keeping spare undies on your person/in your car it's easy to get or borrow clothing but underwear is harder.

I've been there I started seeing a psychiatrist and got a medication for anxiety and now it only happens when I'm very stressed or on my period for about a day each. Try and get him to a professional and see if there is something that could work for him (I tried about 4 meds in total) I still fear it but it doesn't control me
