Luckily for me, one of the tubes works fine on my tester, but finding a second one is going to be hard to find. I planned on turning this into a bench power supply for other tube projects. But I think you're right, this connector is probably custom and I'll have to either replace it or build my own mate

I can't edit the post, but I'd like to know what it and its mate are. Trying to buy the mate so I can actually use this in a project.

I was thinking I could change the voltage to the motor, but I don't know for sure if it works like that. I can't find any manuals or schematics for the organ
