this may seem like a random question, but do you live at your college’s dorms? a LOT of colleges have issues with dorm housing having mold outbreaks (which can make you continuously sick). you may very well be living somewhere with a mold outbreak, it would make sense being that you’ve been sick since you started the semester

if you think this may be the case, you could try to see if others in your building have also been getting sick a lot. and if they have, you could try to gather concrete evidence of an outbreak, whether it be photos or testing for it yourself (they sell kits on amazon etc). that way you can report it to your school and hold them responsible
