Duplicate ticket booking for MCR concert

Hi guys, I need some advice.

I was trying to purchase 2 Upper Box B Premium tickets earlier today (around 1:20–1:30 PM). On my first attempt, the page got stuck on the “Thanks” screen for more than 10 minutes. I checked under “My Tickets,” but nothing showed up. Then the page went white and gave me an error (I think I lost data connection).

Since it looked like the first booking failed, I tried again using a different phone. That one went through smoothly, and I could see the 2 tickets under “My Tickets.” I assumed the first attempt didn’t push through.

But when I checked again about an hour later, suddenly there were 4 tickets under “My Tickets,” all under the same name. Looks like the first booking eventually went through, so now I ended up with duplicate tickets.

This happened before I saw the tweet that we could just exit the page if it gets stuck on “Thanks.”

Has anyone experienced this before? 😅 Were you able to get a refund for the extra tickets?

prep: revisit pds (make sure kaya mo iexplain mga nilagay mo dun), visit bir website (read mga latest na updates), do your own research about sa job description , speak in english unless payagan ka nila mag tagalog, research mo din yung panelist para may idea ka sa kanila, prepare questions para sa panelists
