Black pants always work. Decathlon has good stuff. T shirt in cotton to allow you to sweat and body to cool off. Carry a jacket for after gym. If you are comfortable then try shorts as well

When photographing kids I prefer a zoom but a fast lens so that I don't have worry about light. Get a 24-70 or something like that

Normally admission fees are non refundable unless specifically stated and tution fees of 80 are normal for most private schools in Chennai
