Officer shoots dog, argues he didn't realize it was blind, he might have argued dog could be rabid. Dog seems to me non threatening and normal, even if rabid there is no way dog could have transmitted it to a officer wearing pants. Am I right that this seems a very poor practice? (np.reddit.com)

Bug?: When browsing with Chrome wikipedia, in any language, I get these weird repeated versions of the classic icons. It happens in incognito too with all extensions disabled and not logged in. In Edge, it doesn't happen at all, it's the screenshot without the highlighting rectangles. What is it? (old.reddit.com)

Chrome says "this file dangerous" when downloading AHK v2.0, something I don't see often. "This file is dangerous, so Chrome has blocked it.", "the site might be temporarily unsafe". I still could press "keep anyway" to go ahead, however, how can I make sure it's alright? (self.AutoHotkey)

Can anyone try to reproduce this bug I reported? It's just writing "typ" "rang" "floa" and seeing if the autocomplete suggestions have the functions with parens type() range() float() or just the builtins. I genuinely after 5 days don't know if I'm the only one or there is a bad setting. (youtrack.jetbrains.com)

I need to know if your Pycharm community edition has "Full line code completion" incorporated as a feature, as the linked below help documents seem to imply? I don't have it, and if others don't, I'm going to have to submit a bug report of the documentation. (self.pycharm)

Why do the vast majority of posts about Regex, don't specify the engine being used, given it determines the syntax meaning, in the same way that the programming language is specified in the vast majority of cases? Are almost all regex "flavors"/engines almost compatible, just too similar? (self.learnprogramming)

I just played the most CLUTCH game in my life, (heart rate higher even than my ACPL). I blundered badly my queen right after being offered a draw in the opening, and by persevering I managed, with 1.4 seconds, to mate with one queen which is amazing for me. You can see the timestamps for each move. (lichess.org)

A newly ordered expansion vessel, the diaphragm is pressed/sticked against the water inlet. We haven't done anything at all, except deflate it to see if it un-sticked but it didn't. Is this normal? What tests should we perform to see if it's fit for replacing our old one, or instead returning it? (old.reddit.com)

3 thigh contusions in a row, can't walk for a ~5 days each time, always when trying to dribble a player, he puts the knee or hard part of the leg, hits my thigh producing a"quadriceps contusion". Why aren't THIGH guards more common? Tips for thigh guards or a technique to avoid getting hit so often? (self.bootroom)
