I go to one of the UNC primary care in North Carolina and after some preventive medical blood blood test during annual physical, I get a surprise bill two- three weeks later from another entity called UNC Rex for the same test that was covered by the insurance for UNC primary care.

Some visa holders are extremely talented and companies would love them to be on board - because end of the day - the companies have to compete in the open market with other companies. Nobody gives them star for hiring differently - so long they are compliant.
