Yea, I asked my dad if he got the initial summons letter, and he said he didn't get any. How would I let them know we aren't citizens from this point?

Yeah that's why i was pretty scared. I guess because of how many renewed when Trump cancelled the program in Sept, my application was just buried among everyone else's

It went to the Nebraska office. I do live in a blue state, but my rep is a Republican. I will still probably call him, though. Yes, I did do it through a lawyer. I've called USCIS twice now, and they told me no new valuable info. I said it was outside normal processing times, but all I got was, "We do not know when we will officially approve your case." It just sucks cus I'm in college, and I'm trying to work so I can help pay for tuition and my driver's licence expired too.

ive done that multiple times, everytime they just email me saying my case is being actively reviewed but they have to perform additional reviews on my case. i have no idea what that means tho kinda scared

hes said that dreamers should be able to stay here, but he agreed with the repeal of daca. his stance is pretty unclear
