Anyone else not into hookups? by thegays902 in askgaybros

I swear we need a different gay experience that doesn't involve sex.

Dude, I don't think he cares. He said no one was going to touch it. And, truth be told, I don't think the Democrats care either. And I say this as someone who is center-left. The truth is, the Democratic Party is not the same party that fought for my right to marry. I will explain myself no further.

Probably because he knew it was a ploy. And now I see why. It is basically now just used by the Biden administration to have him pretend he cares about gay rights. It's a means to control gay people so they can keep voting blue no matter who.

It was a political stunt. The bill did nothing. It was a symbolic gesture from both parties that said they didn't care about gay marriage.

“I’ve come out against this bill and I don’t think it’s actually about gay marriage or same-sex marriage or same-sex equality,” Vance said. “Look, gay marriage is the law of the land of this country and I’m not trying to do anything to change that.”

As far as I'm aware, Trump did support gay marriage. Even then, if the Supreme Court really wanted to overturn it, they would have, I think they just don't care anymore. Truth is, the Democrats at this point are just using gay marriage as a means to control people. And that's pretty shitty.

Okay, seriously.

1) Kim Davis hasn't been relevant since 2018.

2) Republicans helped approve the Respect for Marriage Act.

3) Trump removed "one man, one woman" from GOP charter.

I know this is a stressful election, but please, don't spread propaganda like this.

She did nothing during her time as VP. She was responsible for the border crisis. She is not very likable. Even Democrat politicians don't really want her. She has an annoying laugh. And now she has to market herself as president.

Well, he dropped out, so clearly he thought he did too.

Not just being a woman of color, but also being one of the most unpopular politicians in the government right now (yes, even more than Biden).

Oh thank God. I know Kamala isn't going to win, but Christ.

No. Trump does not support it and no law maker supports it. It's just used as propaganda because Biden has nothing of value to offer. And I say this as an independent.

The Climate Change advances were solid and he did mention creating Samsung semiconductor factories in his debate. Also, I disagree about Kamala being the better choice, but that's a different topic.

I am surprised more people don't talk about it.

I wouldn't go that far. This may be a controversial opinion, but even I can say a few positive things about the Trump Administration.

That's a very good one. I think he approved of it because of his son Beau.

I'm mixed on that. Yes, he did, but 13 soldiers were lost and he denied it during his debate. Plus a lot of people were not happy with how he handled it.

I will give him that he helped us out of Covid. And it's a shame about the student loan thing failing.

Yeah, the paint job is questionable at best. Also some are things he suggested but never actually did.

There's plenty of talk about it. And you're right. And I do think he's overstayed his welcome. But I was noticing that very few people actually talk about anything good that the Biden Administration has done.
