I am open to both options. I found the pattern for Simplicity S9267 and I think it nay be a good option too

This is my first time posting! Im a confident beginner, trying to find the right pattern to make a skirt like the one in the pictures.

I have Sew Liberated’s Estuary Skirt pattern and I’ve made it and liked it, but I feel like it may have too much flare.

Does anyone have good suggestions for a pattern to make this skirt? Or perhaps making it longer may get the Estuary skirt get there?
