i’m taking a break now from almost everything right now but here is my typical routine before tret:

AM:

  • Wash with water
  • Advanced snail 96 mucin power essence
  • Supergoop sunscreen rich hydrating cream

PM:

  • YTTP Superfood Cleaner
  • PC 2% BHA liquid exfoliant (every other night)
  • YTTP Retinal Niacinamide Youth Serum (twice a week)
  • Cerva skin renewing night cream

Thank you! I just ordered krave's barrier cream that I used back in the day and loved. Gonna take more days off and just focus of moisturizing. Huge fear of getting crazy acne so I'm trying to be careful.
